The back side of "the Big Cabin " aka Right Field.

There is a water heater and washer / dryer back there.  So... either there once was a well, or once was a holding tank here.  Or maybe the people who once lived there planned on putting in water. The landlord either doesn't know or doesn't remember.  He's never confirmed or denied this.
