The program wouldn't let me put furniture in the attic.... however it allowed a window.  This is a 36x40 (80" floor to top) window and the floor measurements are 18' x 32'!!

Minus the unusable pitch space, approx. 9.5' wide. Plenty of space to use for two 9' x 15' bedrooms (guest rooms) divided by screens or furniture.
