Dad, I don't know what medals you recieved when you served, but finally here are some medals we can all share.  Dad & Velda Consider yourselves officially decorated!  I salute you, for raising me with the pride and respect for our flag that so many people lack these days.  I thank you for teaching me of the integrity and dedication that goes hand in  hand with the pride and the priveledge of being an American and having our freedom.  In God we trust. 

Something that Dad and I share that I truly treasure, is a special, deep, to the bone, in your blood,  pride in our country, a rare loyalty to our Stars & Stripes, so sincere that the national anthem brings goose bumps and tears.

I love you....Look up, we always share the moon! No matter where I live!
