I really prefer emode.com because of the other things they have there.... however the profile at cupid.com addition is a new thing.... so you're welcome here too!

I 'found' eMde when a friend sent me one of their tests to find out 'What kind of Dog are you?'  SIX months later I returned to fill a void. I found the silly tests to be amusing, and fun to take because they're short, and Ifelt the the more serious tests were at least mildly helpful..... and I've taken a lot of them!!

I like the non date-matching side of eMode (you do know there is another side to them, right?!) because it has a tons of self discovery / self improvements resources.  I'm not quite sure when or why I originally posted a profile on the matching side, but I did.

I also noticed that my profile was bloated.... still is sort of....

It's too aparent that I'm a cynic and that I feel like I have to explain myself at every turn.  The oddity is that I have nothing to hide, but I didn't want to send the wrong message.  I also don't want to waste anyone's time, including my own. So... I'm going to thin it out.  I figure those truly interested may be inclined to figure out the URL and come find out more. That way they can make their own informed decision.

A note about all those overlooked potentials.... the majority of my 90%-100% compatibles have no photo and the majority of their profile is "I'll get back to you on that" and "Ask Me". Yet they actually expect me (or whom ever) to take the initiative to email them, something that has to be paid for. Hmmpfh... I say give it up!  Throw us a bone already!  No guts no glory.  Piss or get off the pot! Fill out your profile, and submit a photo for goodness sakes.  What are you afraid of?  ;o)
