of the time!!
Jung

distinctively expressed judging personality
that's all they tell you though....
I went to PersonalityType.com to get the breakdown

All Guardians (SJs) share the following core
characteristics:
- Guardians pride themselves on being dependable, helpful, and hard-working.
- Guardians make loyal mates, responsible parents, and stabilizing leaders.
- Guardians tend to be dutiful, cautious, humble, and focused on credentials
and traditions.
- Guardians are concerned citizens who trust authority, join groups,
seek security, prize gratitude, and dream of meting out justice.
- Guardians are the cornerstone of society, for they are the temperament
given to serving and preserving our most important social institutions.
Guardians have natural talent in managing goods and services--from supervision
to maintenance and supply--and they use all their skills to keep things
running smoothly in their families, communities, schools, churches, hospitals,
and businesses.
Guardians make up as much as 40 to 45 percent of the population. |
Life as an ISTJ -
(Introvert, Sensor, Thinker, Judger)
People of this type tend to be: cautious, conservative, and quiet; literal,
realistic, and practical; careful and precise; logical, honest, and matter
of fact; resistant to change and comfortable with routine; hard working
and responsible.
The most important thing to ISTJs is being of service, working hard,
and being responsible.

Parenting
ISTJs
The Joys and Challenges of Raising ISTJs:
- They are quiet, serious, and careful but typically are reluctant to
initiate social interaction.
- While they are organized, determined, and methodical, they can also
be single-minded, super cautious and a bit rigid.
- What works with ISTJs:
- give them plenty of time to adjust to new things and keep routines
in place as much as possible
- be clear and explicit in your directions and requests; say what you
mean, and mean what you say
- don't rush them from one activity to another; respect their slower
transition pace
Parents of ISTJs: they'll know you really love them when you...
let them demonstrate their expertise, ask them to research a potential
purchase. |

If you are statistically driven (as
i am) you may find this
report, by Patrick D. Snyder,
MTR-i Reviewer, very interesting!! Visit Team
Technology for a shitload more information about the MMDi and the MBTI
- especially if you like the controversial comparrison between the two!!
TT does say "Myers Briggs model of personality is concerned with your
inborn preferences.", and they clarify that TT and the MMDI are *
more about the discovery of your alternate personas. Kewl eh?!
Yes... this fascinates me!! Especially the fact that it all helps me interact
with other people - which I obviously have a problem with. |
